Colorado is a little intimidating to say the least.  When I explained our situation, you jumped right in and came up with a menu, décor and all the little details.  Your staff was not only very professional, but they went out of their way to make adjustments on the fly.  The set up was beautiful.  Our event went off without a hitch.  Now for the food.  It was delicious!  I heard nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests. Everyone is looking forward to our next dinner and you will be my first call to help with the planning!!

On behalf of the Department of Anthropology at the University of Utah, we’d like to thank you for the wonderful job you did for us at our annual Leigh Lecture on Wednesday, April 2 at the Natural History Museum.  The food was all delicious and the staff did an excellent and professional job presenting and serving the food.  We received many compliments from our guests as well.
