I have had so many compliments on the food and I keep telling our guests they simply must use you in the future. No one else in Utah can compare. I know the space was confined but your servers we exceptional. They didn’t miss a beat and I’m not quite sure how they managed to get between seats but they did it with grace and without disturbing our guests. I have never seen anything like the City Creek gala!  It was beyond spectacular.  It was positively thrilling!  I was so very pleased to know that you did the food -- it was over-the-top, outrageously fabulous.  My guess is that the new City Creek will bring your great company a lot of opportunities.

I wanted to take a moment to share with you my gratitude for the wonderful service Cuisine Unlimited provided me, a new and now forever customer! I can’t say enough good things, but I will start by saying …… Hiring Cuisine Unlimited, was by far the BEST Decision I made for our event during Sundance.  Contracting for your services was the best thing for our “VIP FILM FESTIVAL RECEPTION”.  I told our sales representative our vision and she made it happen.  We had an event where everything had to be brought into our venue and set up…and I mean everything.  I was very worried about the set up, but you took care of it all. Everything was set up, looked so beautifully and was just as scheduled, I was amazed. The event/VIP reception went so wonderfully. Nothing was missed.

This was my first experience with the Sundance Film Festival, the most important festival of the year for my company and I wanted to prove that I had what it takes to get the job done and with Cuisine Unlimited.  I accomplished that and I am so grateful.  I look forward to working with you next year and all the years to come. Congratulations on the event last night- food and service were amazing! I wanted to especially thank you for your efforts on behalf of Bohemian Brewery- the pairings were delicious and the Pilsner glasses were so unique.
