Vicki is the Executive Director of Cuisine Unlimited operations at Eccles Theater. Having owned a catering company in Massachusetts for ten years, she is equipped to manage sales and operations for all food and beverage activities at the theater.
Stacey is the Executive Chef at Eccles Theater. With a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and experience running her own café, she is well-suited to manage food service for private event catering and theater concessions, as well as the Encore Bistro.
Val is the Assistant Director for food and beverage services at Eccles Theater. With a background of restaurant management, she is a great addition to the Cuisine Unlimited operation.
Jacob is the Concessions Manager at Eccles Theater. He comes with extensive experience as a captain with Cuisine Unlimited, and will be able to manage show concessions seamlessly.
Derek is the Marketing Director for Cuisine Unlimited. Overseeing promotional activities at Eccles Theater, he will help put final touches on food and beverage operations.
