Executive Management Team

Maxine Turner founded Cuisine Unlimited Catering Company in 1985. Today, it is ranked one of the top catering companies – in Utah, in the United States, and internationally. Maxine’s husband, Marvin Turner, left his corporate position in 1995 to devote his energy to the fast-growing company full-time.

In 2002, their two sons, Aaron and Jeff, joined the company. Cuisine Unlimited added a special event, rental and floral division in 2002 and changed the name to Cuisine Unlimited Catering & Special Events to offer clients a full-range of services. In January 2007, Maxine and Marvin turned over the operational facets of the business to Aaron and Jeff, who continue in their parents’ footsteps along the entrepreneurial path. In the interest of a seamless transition, Maxine and Marvin have pledged to continue their involvement for several more years in support of their children.

Aaron Turner serves as the company’s General Manager. His strong, savvy business background includes such challenging and fast-changing fields as health care and law enforcement. As a key member of the management team, his responsibilities include our Human Resources department. Aaron is the manager and developer for all our technical operations; he created the custom software that allows more efficient scheduling and use of resources. He also oversees all sales and accounting functions and works closely with brother Jeff in the operation of Cafe Cuisine.

Jeff Turner joined Cuisine Unlimited full-time as we were planning for the Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games of 2002. As our Operations Director, Jeff brings a wealth of experience to the event side of our company. His years in the film industry prepared him perfectly for the showmanship and attention to detail involved in successful catering. Jeff’s coordination of our event staff has expanded to include our kitchen and warehouse operation. He has been instrumental in developing our event division, adding creative event design to our repertoire. His positive attitude creates an environment that blends both staff and client satisfaction.

All the Turners feel strongly that their success is a result of the support of their family and the strength of the business community. They also credit an exemplary group of professionals, all of whom are dedicated to their trades and make up the staff at Cuisine Unlimited.
