Longtime Chef Steve Ulibarri heads our professional catering kitchens. Originally from Southern California, Steve has been an integral part of the Cuisine Unlimited team for more than 15 years, taking the culinary helm about 12 years ago. He continues to manage a staff of culinary professionals, from Sous Chefs and Prep Cooks to our own Pastry Chefs.
