Florals: Flowers complement every event, adding color and creating a complete and classy look. Our in-house designers delight in creating arrangements that are unique and fresh, from the simplest, sunniest wildflowers to most spectacular of elegant arrangements, all with an eye to your taste as well as your budget requirements. For added convenience, containers are available on a rental basis. Keep in mind that floral designs are very specific to the theme of the event. The idea is to accent and harmonize with the other elements of the occasion.
Transportation: From bus services to limousines, we are happy to assist you in securing transportation to and from your event. We also offer valet services.
Audio Visual Services: So many types of events benefit from audio and/or visual services. From microphone, perfect podium and PowerPoint setup for a business meeting, to custom-lit backdrops splashed in your team or corporate colors, to a full sound system and screen for viewing photos, home movies or award ceremony information. There might even be ways you hadn’t thought of using audio and video to enhance your event! But we have, so ask us. Perhaps best of all, we test every component immediately before an event, so you can relax and enjoy the show, too.
Photographers: After all the planning, you will want to capture your event in photos or on video with a professional photographer. We would be happy to provide you with a list of those we have found over the years to be the best. For your corporate event, consider personalized photos that guests can carry away with them. We are happy to assist you with branding these photo opportunities. If a picture is worth a thousand words, your event will be indescribable.
Entertainment: Our sales coordinators would be happy to recommend the perfect entertainment to fit your event, theme and budget. We can bring in the best international musical groups, bands and artists for every genre, from Asian dragon dancers, to deejays, to show-stopping Hollywood entertainment, we can arrange for it all.
