Jeff Turner heads our operations division, overseeing the kitchen, warehouse, delivery and special event production staff. He manages everything from corporate galas and weddings to private jet services and Cafe Cuisine, our company's high-end cafeteria services division. Jeff has been involved in every aspect of catering through his many years at Cuisine Unlimited. His experience in the movie industry adds to his expertise and garners high respect from his colleagues.
Michael Clements joined Cuisine Unlimited during the Salt Lake Olympic Games of 2002. An art major, Michael contributes a wealth of special event and design expertise gained through his many years working on major movie productions as well as stage production for the Utah Shakespearean Festival. As the private club manager for the Sheraton City Center and the food and beverage director for the Peery Hotel in Salt Lake City, he gained valuable skills in all aspects of food, beverage, and catering. Michael's combination of experience, creativity and enthusiasm for his work assures that each Cuisine Unlimited event is extraordinary - always a fabulous experience for all involved.
